Class Descriptions
This class will support the body's ability for ease of motion and mobility in daily living, strengthening both balance and flexibility. Participation in this class will bring a heightened awareness of the body-mind connection and potential, while giving participants a greater sense of well-being and vitality. Come and rejuvenate your body with gentle hatha yoga. Breath oriented practice will help to increase your circulation, release tense muscles, tone and renew your energy. An excellent way to keep both mind and body, healthy and strong! Adaptable to all levels.
A slower paced class combining yoga, Pilates and therapeutic techniques. Pilates works specifically on the deep abdominal and back muscles that support the spine, resulting in a decrease in lower back pain and an improvement of posture. Students learn how to stabilize the core while targeted stretching helps restore their bodily function. Ideal for those suffering from chronic pain. Learn healing tools for low back, hip, shoulder and neck trauma. Lots of individual instruction in a supportive class setting. You have an option to perform exercises seated in a chair. This class is especially well suited for seniors.
Meditation, Breathing and Inner Chi-Gong Learn the skills to develop calm and centered mind. This practice is drawn from yoga and inner Chi-Gong, an ancient form of Tai Chi, that harnesses one's inner energy (Chi) through visualization, sound and breathing. Meant to relax the body, stimulate the body's reserves of Chi, the meditations focus on physical and spiritual healing through the release of negative energy kept within one's internal organs. A combination of meditation, breath, and deep spiritual cleansing, this class is an excellent way to help calm down and access new stores of hidden energy to improve your health, happiness, and lifestyle. 50 minute class.

Dance Classes and Workshops It is a spirited journey for body, mind, and soul. Our dance workshops will invite you to dive deep into your movement practice then resurface to revel in the dance community. It will lead you to transformation, self-confidence, authentic self-expression, freedom, joy and real personal power.
